The process typically includes:
- A review of your application
- A short problem-solving exercise
- Interviews and case discussions with members of the team

We aim to make the experience clear, human and respectful of your time. If shortlisted, we’ll always share what to expect at each stage and give you the opportunity to prepare.
Tips for getting prepared
You don’t need to over-prepare or aim for perfection. What matters most to us is how you think, communicate and engage with real problems.
That said, we do expect candidates to come prepared and thoughtful in their approach. As you get ready for the process, we encourage you to:
- Be clear and authentic in your application
- Take time to understand BPI, our work and why this feels like the right next step for you
- Prepare for problem-solving exercises by focusing on structured thinking and clarity, rather than memorised frameworks
- Treat interviews as conversations and learning opportunities, while engaging seriously with the challenges presented
We hold high standards, but we also believe in creating a fair and human experience. If you move forward in the process, we’ll always share what to expect at the next step and give you time to prepare.
