Project Manager
- This role is for senior profiles with at least 6 years of professional tenure and managerial experience in a similar context.
- As a project manager you will lead client project teams and development activities, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions are delivered, building trusted relationships with clients and facilitating colleagues’ problem-solving and growth. Additionally, you will be a key player in shaping the firm, being part of its Leadership team.
Learning Consultant

- This role is for medium-seniority profiles with a work experience of at least 3 years in a similar position.
- As a Learning Consultant, you will be the driving force behind client projects, running end-to-end operations, being the content and design owner, and taking increasing responsibility in autonomously individual work-streams
- Additionally, you will have the opportunity to partake and lead development initiatives to shape BPI, according to your interests.
Learning Analyst

- This role is for talents at the early stages of their career, either right after graduation or with initial work experiences.
- As a Learning Analyst, you will be actively involved in team problem-solving from day one, strongly contributing to the effective creation of high-quality solutions for our clients, and building relationships with them, next to the whole project team. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to partake to development initiatives to shape BPI, according to your interests.
