In brief
Unlocking people-powered transformation across industries and geographies

Where we create impact
Unlocking potential across industries
We work across sectors and regions to deliver people-powered transformation that drives measurable, lasting results.
Life Sciences
LIFE SCIENCES – Putting people at the heart of Pharma transformations
Pharma’s most significant priorities of our times – launch excellence, consumerisation of healthcare, data-driven decision-making, AI-powered workflows adoption – are ultimately people priorities.
BPI Learn has a strong experience in this field, after serving 10+ leading global pharmaceutical organisations:
- Regularly across the most critical functions: Medical, Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Pharmacovigilance, manufacturing, and more
- Widely across TAs: Cardiomethabolic, Oncology, Immunology, Rare Diseases, …
- Vertically and horizontally across the organisation: from global teams to affiliate frontline, across the world
We help our clients transform how their teams work — aligning leaders around a unified transformation vision and roadmap, co-creating fit-for-purpose working methods, building lasting capabilities, and sustaining adoption where it matters most. We bring to the table deep industry fluency via our team and extended network of scientific and Pharma experts.
Whether equipping Medical Scientists to demonstrate their value, helping commercial teams navigate GenAI-powered ways of working, or preparing R&D functions for the next wave of digital disruption, BPI Learn is the partner that turns complexity into clarity — and clarity into results, for your teams and for your patients.
Example: CAR-T Medical field team transformation for a global pharma organisation- Client: Japan Medical Team of leading global pharmaceutical company focused on innovate CAR-T therapy.
- Challenge: The Medical Field team needed to sharpen their scientific communication skills and elevate the quality of HCP engagement — while building a structured, self-sustaining approach to pre- and post-visit planning that could demonstrate measurable value to the broader organisation.
- How we helped:
- Deployed all four transformation blocks in sequence
- Aligned the Medical Head and MS Lead on strategic priorities and learning needs.
- Co-created a bespoke scientific communication model and HCP conversation scorecard for self-evaluation, as well as established an automated Medical Field Activity Dashboard, an updated CRM environment, a comprehensive MS Value Report, and a team charter for ongoing value reporting routines.
- Delivered multiple face-to-face workshops in Tokyo combining peer role-play with real scientific narratives;
- Sustained adoption through field coaching and AI avatar practice sessions.
- Impact: Measurable improvement in MS team capabilities across the board, with an average confidence boost of 15% — and a clear, repeatable system for demonstrating the value of Medical field activities to the organisation.
Technology
TECHNOLOGY – When people are the bottleneck, not the technology
Transformations rarely fail for technical reasons. They stall because teams resist new ways of working, leaders don’t align on direction, and organisations underestimate the human side of change. This is particularly true for technology providers, from scale-ups to larger corporations.
BPI Learn partners with technology companies — from fast-scaling software firms to global telecoms and computing leaders — to transform how their people perform. We help technical teams adopt sgile ways of working, support organisations navigating cultural integration, equip sales forces to operate effectively in digital channels, and build the management layers that growing companies need. Whether the challenge is commercial effectiveness, leadership alignment, or capability building at scale, we bring structure, co-created solutions, and sustained adoption — so that technology investments actually deliver.
Example: Leadership program for newly appointed Team Leaders of a global software company
- Client: A software company undergoing operational restructuring of its customer care function across 5 product lines, with the goal of increasing productivity without compromising service quality.
- Challenge: 26 customer care employees were selected as candidates for a newly created Team Leader role. They — and their managers — needed to be rapidly onboarded into new responsibilities requiring structured leadership and operational coaching skills, with no prior framework in place.
- How we helped: Designed and delivered a 60-day blended learning journey combining group sessions, self-directed learning, and on-the-job practice. Developed a bespoke operational coaching model and tools for Team Leaders to use in the field. Supported 5 Business Unit managers in coaching their newly appointed leaders through the transition.
- Impact: Productivity of 250+ operators improved by 41% on average across all product lines — with individual lines reaching up to +61% — exceeding the original +30% target set at programme outset.
Financial Services
FINANCIAL SERVICES – When performance and innovation pressures meet people reality
Financial services organisations are moving fast due to big changes like GenAI adoption, stronger consumerisation or geopolitical instability. Their sustainable growth depends on leaders who align under pressure, teams that execute with precision, and cultures that absorb change without losing momentum. BPI Learn partners with retail banks, fintech scale-ups, smart payment players, and other financial institutions to help them navigate their most prominent transformation journeys – from frontline sales effectiveness and leadership alignment to organisational agility and new ways of working.
Example: Sales transformation for an innovative Italian retail bank-
Client: A digital-first retail bank, part of a leading Italian investment banking group, operating a multichannel model across digital platforms, dedicated live customer service, and national subsidiaries.
-
Challenge: As a newly established organisation, the bank needed to consolidate its sales approach and build a distinctive performance culture — with a clear goal of becoming the primary bank for its clients in a competitive market.
-
How we helped: Designed dedicated sales best practices programmes for both frontline salespeople and branch managers. Delivered through dedicated capability building and adoption support programs blending live moments with digital asynchronous ones, as well as field coaching and monitoring.
-
Impact: Within 5 months, best practices adopted by all salespeople across the network — with a +50% improvement in business performance.
Social Impact
SOCIAL IMPACT – Transformation support where it matters most
Impact organisations often face a paradox: the stakes are high, but resources are limited. BPI Learn partners with players in this space such as non-profit organisations, healthcare foundations, and social impact incubators to build lasting capabilies in the communities and teams they serve — including in low- and middle-income countries.
Our approach here is deliberately sustainable: we work alongside partners to co-create solutions that target audiences and communities can own and run independently long after the engagement ends. This ensures real social impact it’s built and sustained by “the people who stay”.
-

Other Industries
OTHER INDUSTRIES – Where people matter
Great organisations are built on the same foundation regardless of industry: leaders who are aligned, teams that are capable, and ways of working that hold up under pressure.
BPI Learn has partnered with organisations across retail banking, financial services, telecommunications, engineering, defence, and beyond — tackling transformations from new product launches and retail excellence to R&D productivity and culture change. If the work involves people performing at their best, we know how to help.
Example: Executive leadership development program for a global intergovernmental military alliance
- Client: Global intergovernmental military alliance safeguarding the freedom and security of its members through political and military means, operating across dozens of countries and civil bodies worldwide.
- Challenge: The Alliance needed to systematically develop the next generation of high-potential civil leaders across functions and geographies — strengthening executive management capabilities, deepening organisational understanding, and building a stronger internal network across the alliance.
- How we helped: Designed and delivered a 9-month hybrid Executive Development Program in partnership with leading European Business School. Each edition combined 5 residential face-to-face modules in key alliance locations – London, The Hague, Rome, Norfolk, Brussels – with 7 virtual distance modules covering strategy, organisational behaviour, change management, finance, and communication. Participants also followed a parallel individual coaching journey and worked in groups on real organisational projects with tangible impact on the alliance.
- Impact: 8 consecutive editions delivered to ~40 participants per year, building an alumni network of 216+ leaders – many subsequently promoted. 32 group projects implemented with measurable impact across the organization. Consistently recognised by alliance sponsors as a “life-changing experience”.
